老牌瀏覽器 - Opera，1995年誕生於挪威，問世之初為了瀏覽器的安全性，嚴格遵守W3C網頁國際規範，也不支援IE相容的網頁及ActiveX，堅持走自己的路，但卻也導致市佔率一直不高，近年來由於網頁處理的評測有不錯的成績（最先通過Acid2及Acid3測試），網頁讀取速度也有大幅的改良，可望在未來取得更高的市佔率。（阿榮）（下載）
